		<description>The secret to an awesome guacamole is to mash the avocados with salt (I prefer kosher salt) ... the salt and avocado is key. Then mix that up, add the lime juice, cilantro (chopped), red onion (finely chopped), tomato and if you&#039;re adventurous, slivers of spicy serrano peppers. The slivers are easier to pick out if you don&#039;t want it so hot!</description>
